¿Es necesario tener experiencia previa en navegación?
No, nuestros paseos están diseñados para que cualquier persona, con o sin experiencia en navegación, pueda disfrutar de la travesía con total seguridad.
¿Cuántas personas pueden ir en el velero?
Depende del tipo de experiencia reservada. Para salidas compartidas, el grupo suele ser de hasta 9 personas más el capitán ya que buscamos comodidad para nuestros clientes. En salidas privadas, la capacidad máxima dependerá del tipo de evento.
¿Qué pasa si hay mal tiempo el día del paseo?
Si las condiciones meteorológicas no son seguras (fuertes vientos, lluvias intensas o mar en mal estado), se reprogramará la salida o se ofrecerá el reembolso.
¿Dónde está el punto de encuentro?
El velero zarpa desde el Port Olimpic de Barcelona y recibirás la ubicación exacta con las instrucciones y sugerencias para llegar en la confirmación de tu reserva.
¿Con cuánto tiempo de antelación debo llegar?
Te recomendamos llegar 15 minutos antes de la hora de salida para el embarque y las instrucciones de seguridad.
¿Cómo se realiza el pago?
El pago se realiza al momento de la reserva a través de nuestra plataforma online. Aceptamos tarjetas de crédito, débito y otros métodos de pago.
¿Puedo cancelar o modificar mi reserva?
Sí, las cancelaciones con más de 48 horas de antelación son reembolsables. Si cancelas con menos tiempo, no se garantiza el reembolso.
¿Qué debo llevar para la experiencia?
Te recomendamos traer ropa cómoda, traje de baño (si querrás sumergirte), gafas de sol, protector solar y una chaqueta ligera (especialmente en paseos al atardecer).
¿Puedo traer comida o bebida?
En todas nuestras experiencias se incluye una selección de aperitivos y bebidas típicas españolas.
Si tienes una necesidad especial o alguna intolerancia, podrás comunicarlo luego de la reserva para que estemos atentos a ello.
¿Debo llevar calzado especial?
No es obligatorio, pero se recomienda calzado de suela blanca o antideslizante para mayor comodidad a bordo.
¿Qué opciones tienen para personas con intolerancias alimentarias?
Si tienes alguna intolerancia o restricción alimentaria, avísanos con antelación para ofrecerte alternativas en las bebidas y aperitivos.
¿Qué pasa si me mareo en el velero?
Si eres propenso/a al mareo, te recomendamos tomar una pastilla para el mareo antes de embarcar y mirar siempre al horizonte. También disponemos de agua y recomendaciones para ayudarte si sientes molestias.
¿Se puede llevar a niños a bordo?
Sí, aceptamos niños en las salidas privadas, pero en las salidas compartidas recomendamos que sean mayores de 6 años para que disfruten mejor la experiencia.
¿Puedo llevar a mi mascota?
Por el momento, no permitimos mascotas a bordo, salvo en salidas privadas donde se pueda organizar previamente con el capitán.
